James L. Bolden, Sr.
James L. Bolden Sr. serves as Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Technologies, providing strategic leadership and oversight across the company’s mission-aligned professional services portfolio. A veteran of the 101st Airborne Division and the Berlin Brigade, he brings more than 25 years of experience supporting federal, municipal, and commercial organizations.
James has held leadership roles across the aerospace, defense, rail, education and technology sectors, with expertise in operational execution, regulatory environments, and organizational development.
